Sales & Shipping Policy
Kastella offers a two-step process to online sales, in order to ensure that you are getting exactly the furniture you want with the best possible options for shipping and delivery.
Step 1: Complete the check-out sequence below. The invoice total, before tax and shipping, will be held on your credit card.
Step 2: One of our project managers will be in touch within 24hrs to finalize the order details. This may include fabric choices, finishing options and other questions related to your order. At this time we will also finalize shipping and delivery preferences.
Once the order has been completed, we will add the taxes and issue a final invoice. For more information, please see our Sales & Shipping Policy.
Sales & Shipping Policy
Kastella offers delivery service to Quebec and Ontario. For delivery to other Canadian provinces, please contact our customer service team. At this time we do not ship outside of Canada.
Once your order is placed we will contact you to confirm the delivery date, shipping cost and method. The fees for home delivery vary and are determined by your location and the size of your order.
For all deliveries in the greater Montreal area, the North Shore, the South Shore, the Laurentians and the Eastern Townships along with Ottawa and Quebec City, we offer a white glove delivery service. As part of this service, our in-house team of furniture makers will deliver, assemble and install your order. For addresses outside of our standard shipping zones we will confirm delivery method and cost.
Your order may also be picked up at our Montreal workshop from Monday–Friday between 8am and 4pm. If you decide to pick up, please ensure that you have a large enough vehicle to transport your merchandise.

Changing your delivery
All requests to change your delivery must be made to our customer service team at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
Customer service is important to us. During this process, our project managers will be in touch regularly to ensure that your order is built and delivered on time.
Returns and Guarantee
Due to the custom, hand crafted nature of our furniture, ALL FURNITURE SALES ARE FINAL. We will be happy to replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge.
Kastella offers a guarantee to the original buyer of products sold by Kastella or a partner. Kastella will repair or replace merchandise deemed defective following a verification of the cause of the issue during the following periods:
- A 5 year guarantee on tables, bookshelves, beds (with the exception of an upholstered element), dressers and armoires
- A 1 year guarantee on chairs, benches and upholstered products
The guarantee is not applicable to damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear caused by the daily use of each product
- The repair or handling by anyone other than authorized Kastella personnel
- Improper care and maintenance following the purchase
- Improper storage or use of the product by the buyer
- Dramatic changes in temperature or exposure to environments that are not recommended for wood furniture
Natural variations in wood or fabrics are not considered defects and Kastella offers no guarantee to those changes or to the changes in appearance in colour, grain or texture of these materials.
