La Souche
La Souche, reminiscent of a tree trunk, is a modern and functional take on the tree's original form. Built using two distinct techniques, cutting board-style glue-ups, and a faceted version, the cylindrical form has a rounded base that adds a sense of lightness. Conceived as a stool this versatile piece can also be used as a side table.
The offcuts are produced multiple times a year in small batches. Email us to learn more. Also available in the collection are Le Marchepied à lattes and Le Tabouret à lattes.
